AQUALEADER DO NOT HAVE AN ONLINE SHOP – ALL PURCHASES MUST BE MADE BY CONTACTING AQUALEADER WHERE A BESPOKE PRICE CAN BE SUPPLIED BASED ON YOUR REQUIREMENTS, LOCATION, AND TIMESCALES.   Please contact us  and one of our sales staff will be more than happy to help.

Privacy policy:  Please note aqualeader store all sensitive customer details on a secure, password protected accounts programme.  Details such as delivery address, machine location and contact on site are only given to trusted and vetted contractors to enable them to carry our the necessary works on your sites.  All operatives sign a confidentiality agreement / NDA that legally ensures that no information they receive is communicated to any third party and that they do not discuss with anyone apart from aqualeader staff, any sensitive information, or people they may see or come into contact with on your premises.

Aqualeader, with your permission, will happily take payments over the phone only for purchases, fees or to clear customer debts.  These details are processed using a secure virtual payment facility provided by PayPal.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Deliveries:   Most items are sent to customers using signed for next day service via Fed Ex.  This applies for all water cooler /boiler/ coffee machine and cups orders.  If less than 4 cup dispensers / taps are ordered these are sent out next working day on 2nd class Royal Mail service.

Cancellations and Returns: Customers have the right to cancel a purchase if they require.  If the item purchased is a stock item (certain coolers / cups / cup dispensers/ taps ) then cancellations are accepted at any stage prior to delivery.  However if items purchased are a non stock item and ordered in by client request then cancellations are not possible once a purchase order / confirmation email has been received by aqualeader.  Items can be returned if they are found to be faulty  within 60 days or a replacement will be provided by the manufacturer if they are under warranty.  Please note that coolers / boilers need to be installed using aqualeader parts and by a qualified plumber or engineer to ensure warranty is valid.   If the item is not an ancillary item such as a cooler or a boiler then it may be necessary to sent a water cooler engineer to determine if the machine is faulty prior to the manufacturer’s warranty being implemented.  A call out fee will be chargeable for this service.   Depending on the machine ordered the manufacture may offer a back to base warranty / or an onsite warranty repairs service.  Please check with aqualeader staff on placing your order to ensure that you fully understand the warranty conditions.

Returns are accepted by aqualeader ( by prior arrangement) based on the following conditions.  The item is a stock item.  The item has not been used.  The items is still in its original packaging.  The item is being returned within 14 days of receipt.  The item has not been described properly.  The item is damaged by the courier.   Return postage can only be refunded if an item is found to be damaged or not as described.  We cannot refund postage if an item is not suitable or no longer required.
